Overeating can be costly!


 

I enjoy cooking for myself and others. Cooking and 
good eating is wonderful. However, there is another
side to eating and trying out recipes.

Not all recipes are healthy. Sometimes eating the
wrong foods, can do more harm than good. It also
helps to exercise on a regular basis.

The heart is always at work. Taking care of your
heart, is of paramount importance. Eating healthy
meals, resting enough and avoiding bad habits,
really helps. 
Be heart smart, avoid eating rich foods before bedtime!
