  The smell of coffee  is close by. A passerby can hardly resist the smell. Where does coffee come from? Coffee is grown in  countries  like Ethiopia,  Colombia , Brazil and Peru. It is an interesting fact that coffee originated in Ethiopia, in an area known as Kaffa.The Coffea plant produces a seed which has a pip. This pip is used for coffee.  Sugar is a commonly used sweetener. It adds flavor to our food and can produce energy as well.
