Why is it important to make healthy food choices?


We all love to eat our favorite foods. Some people do not 
weigh up the consequences of overindulgence.

The heart is always at work, even if a person is asleep.
It never stops beating. If the heart stops beating,
the body will not be able to function. Our food choices
may promote poor health and illness.

Simple advice - be heart smart!
Avoid rich foods late at night, as digestion is slow
and the heart may not be able to cope with the increased
workload. Above all, discuss with your doctor, how to make
good food choices!
