Hi guys, Welcome to all a new year, 2026. We continue to " navigate our way" through All Things Food. Today, our main focus is food hygiene. Infection may be spread in many ways. Colds and flu's may result from a weakened immune system. Salad bars, restaurants , coffee shops, public transportation and more, are some of the ways in which viruses can spread. Ensuring good hygiene. Good hygiene keeps the bugs away. Gloves should not be used as a pair of hands. Changing gloves and hand washing , helps to prevent the spread of infection. Believe it or not!
